By designing the complete In-Car Video system to mount to the headliner of the vehicle eliminates any components to be exposed to the harsh environments of the trunk. This means more years of trouble free operation, no expensive heating/cooling system, no loss of valuable trunk
space, etc.
The VCR can easily be removed from the key locked access compartment to allow you to playback the videos on a television inside the department or courtroom using the optional TV adapter cable.

The Azden wireless microphone allows you
to activate the record mode and record audio from outside the vehicle.
It features two different frequencies to operate on and is digitally
encoded to help prevent accidental activation of the system by
another source operating on the same frequency, ie , fast food
drive-through, clubs or churches using wireless audio systems, etc.
The system has LED indicators on the front of the enclosure as and the
front of the camera to assure you that the system is in record mode
and is recording audio.
